My name is Jodie, I'm 24 years old and from Minnesota. I love country music, I didn't always though. I turn it on about four years ago when KDWB, the pop station I listen to forever, started over playing Alanis Moreissette and I couldn't stand it. So when KDWB played her songs, which was like every 30 minutes, I'd switch over to the country station, K*102. The more I listened to it, I realized country music wasn't as bad as I thought it was, the songs aren't all about drinking and pickup trucks and men cheating on their wives and what not. It's like what Bryan said, "It's about real stuff, love and life. It's personal. I think most of the great lyrics come out of Nashville." I discovered Bryan when I saw the "Rebecca Lynn" video on CMT, and found out he sang that great song "Someone Else's Star". I admit it was his good looks that made me like him so much at first, but the more I heard and read about him I found he was a great person too.

This little paragraph from TV Guide sums up why I think Bryan is the best: "He's proud of his wholesome image. "I want too show people who don't dig country that it's not all about drinking and cheating on your wife," he says. He doesn't drink, smoke or do drugs. "I've never been into the partying scene. It always scared me." What a prince! Even Bryan White's fears are healthy.

I learned basic webpage design in a High School class and everything beyond that, I taught myself. Graphics were made with Paint Shop Pro 7. I use Notespad to write the HTML.

Life has been pretty busy lately! I married my best friend (and favorite singer) in June 2003! (You can click on our wedding picture if you'd like to hear my husband sing!) But, I still love country music and try go to every country concert I can! I always take tons of pictures and then put them on my other web page (Seeing Stars... ) to share with everyone.
